don't let the seedlings dry out too much. the way you plant it, the way you water it, there are lots of mistakes a beginner can kill a seedling with. If you can do it right though maybe then figure a way to do it that will work every time if it's important to you.

They got too big and they don't fit under those lights. not enough light so they don't have energy for flowering. (plant em outdoors or) invest some time and money in a few cfl bulbs and adapters if you are serious enough to go to the next step, without more light they might never flower

yeah the autoflowers shouldn't be on 12/12 so if you let them finish on 18/6 they would be better off. if you had enough light and space you could veg til they finish and then flower the rest

If you see photos online from a seed breeder or grower most likely it was grown indoors under 1000 watt hps without or with soil. You can get decent results with cfls or lower than 1000 watts but the result might turn out different. your plants look nice just a little crowded

you can just bend it and tie it to a stake (with string for example). its better to let it branch out before you get a clone. I think you might kill it if you top it now.

people use air pumps and air stones to keep the water oxygenated , if its stagnant standing water it needs to be drained away eventually or recirculated. the distilled water is good for making clones but tap water should be ok for fertilizer solution

it doesn't really look like a problem . give it fish emulsion or chelated iron for iron deficiency if you want but I would say no more nitrogen or fish emulsion after halfway in flowering. The leaves energy is being used up making the flowers I think but the new growth looks fine

calculate anything you want, I start by following the directions on the fertilizer, like 2-3 teaspoons per gallon for example
