I say you have another 2-3 weeks more to go. I would start flushing regardless of what you are growing in after the 6th week into flower starting of 7th week. Some strains can be harvested a tad early at 6 weeks but that is more on a commercial growers knowledge with strain and technique etc...

No you need something more powerful. That is just a simple little duct fan. You need an "inline" fan.. that duct fan probably only pushes maybe 100 cubic feet per minute of air. You want like 400cfm.. dono what the wattage is of your light or how big your grow space is but usually a 6" 440cfm...
