    DOH shuts down 11th State

I imagine his 'report' consisted of answering questions when the DOH contacted him and asked "are you seeing these patients as part of your regular practice?"

Hopefully by this time in a couple of years it will be legal!

@DB: When I called, Dr. Pond was not accepting new patients, which bummed me out.

    oils illegal? with mmj card.

    * Marijuana is defined to include "the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds or resin" I would take this to mean edibles, hash and oil were ok (but IANAL). See...

RATIONALISE a $300.00 cost by 11TH.STATE Consultants or THIEVES

I'm assuming they'll be back, after having jumped through whatever hoops the state requires. This *does* illustrate why they charge a premium price.

    DOH shuts down 11th State

Damn, it won't let me edit out the tl;dr. Dunno why. I don't think it means anything for existing cardholders -- but when you come up for renewal, you better have a backup. edit: I also imagine they'll do whatever they need to do to get registered as a "health care facility." There's too much...

    DOH shuts down 11th State

http://www.golocalprov.com/health/new-medical-marijuana-consultancy-shut-down-by-dept.-of-health Summary: DOH says 11th state must be registered as a "health care facility" (which I assume requires a whole bunch of insurance/bonding and a permit from the state). Shut down until they are in...

    ri laws per grow site

Yeah, the ability to grow *for* someone is, by definition, the caregiver relationship. If you live there, it can be your grow. If not, it has to belong to a caregiver.

    ?

You get a BCI check, then convince a patient to pay $75 to give you one of their two caregiver spots.

    Dispensaries Jan 1

Yeah, were I growing, I'd turn excess into dry-sift and qwiso hash and edibles rather than sell to a dispensary. In spite of the corruptness of the dispensary approval process, I think they'll serve a very useful purpose for a lot of people who lack the internet skills/confidence to hook up with...

    Dispensaries Jan 1

99 plants and 1500 oz onhand do not equate. Demand for 3rd party meds will come down to how much medicine they can move. They want to avoid an Apple-like scenario where demand outstrips their supply.

    Dispensaries Jan 1

See third item down: http://www.golocalprov.com/news/state-report-the-38-studios-auction-providence-police-lawsuit-pot-dispensar/ It will be interesting to see what the differences are among the three. It's also kind of cool that they're limited to 99 plants -- that should ensure a solid market...
