Dr earth is good but you have to use the tomato and herb mix for calcium( it is the only dr. Earth with calcium in it). Or you can use worm castings, bs molasses and Epsom salt for calcium and magnesium. What I do and plant are doing great Check this guy out

You can not over water in coco. You should never let coco dry out, and always water till around 10% runoff. You also need to be feeding at least a small amount ( 1/10th,1/8th recommended dose) of nutrients because coco has no nutrients in it at all. Unless you added dry amendments

Black strap molasses has alot of goodies in it. Calcium, magnesium, and potassium to name a few. You should never flush soil unless it's your last option.
