If you are seeing all cloudy then the trichs have reached peak potency. If you still see clear you have some time to go still. Cold weather can definately cause a plant to ripen faster sometimes making the trichs mature faster than the rest of the bud causing in your case cloudy trichs but a bud...

Which dont may i ask? When a trichome is finished its cloudiness is the cannabinoids that are full inside the top of the trich. When a trichome can no longer hold anymore and becomes overripe it turns amber and bursts. I have never heard of a strain not turning amber with enough time.
