AZ... I am not sure I understand your question.. 1 - it is impossible to suck al the air out of a room... fresh air will come in through cracks and under doors etc.. Are you talking about adding a carbon filter to your grow? To remove smell or just adding an exhaust fan to remove heat...

30 watts will not be enough.. are the clones rooted>? what medium are you using? at least 1 - 43 watt CFL per plant.... and that will not get you much..... maybe an 1/8th...

yes.. I have had that too.. very odd.... especially when every other plant is doing GREAT.... as long as the growth is vigorous and you don;t see burning.. you should be ok... My plant almost grew out of the funky leaf thing during flowering.. but there are still a few odd ball curls...
