I'll probably just use it for veg.

I hope you find someone to do those side by sides. Be really interesting to see what those result.

Are you using anything else with it or just straight mega? I can't decide whether or not to use it during flower. Seems to be some mixed reviews.

    Dry fertilizers in Canada

I would love to hear the results of that as well. Must admit I'm a little confused in what direction to go as far as all of those go tbh.

I think pk boosters do but I stopped using carbs years ago since i could never tell the difference between using them or not.

    Dry fertilizers in Canada

I haven't used them yet but plan on trying the Bud Explosion in a couple months when my jungle juice runs out. Just a heads up that greenleaf nutrients themselves told me that Sweet Candy is a pk booster for soil type stuff and Bud Explosion is pk booster for hydro and etc. Not to be used...

So just heard back from Greenleaf Nutrients this morning and apparently Sweet Candy and Bud Explosion are both PK boosters but Sweet Candy is meant for "soil type medias" and Bud Explosion is for "non-soil media types" and obviously not meant to use together. Good to know. I suggested that...

K just sent him a message. I'll let you know when or if I hear back from him.

Alright screw it, good enough for me lol. I'll order both the bud explosion and sweet candy and see how things turn out. I'm not usually much of a carbo load guy as I've never been able to tell the difference between using it or not but your results look great so I'll give it go just in case...

    Irish Rose Seed Co.

Thx man, appreciate it. I tell you what instead of giving you his name I'll try to reach out to him and then he can decide if he wants to contact you. He's a deadly guy but not a regular here so it might be a while until he even reads my pm. Best I can do really.

Does the Sweet Candy actually help yield wise or is it just a carbo load type thing?

Looking good bro, like what i see there. I actually have a bag of Mega now. Maybe I should just order some Sweet Candy and Bud Explosion as well and see how things work out. Have to think this over a bit more i guess.

Interesting. I think you're the first person i've come across who said they had better results with mega over Jacks. Now i'm even more confused lol.

i have no idea tbh. What attracted to me to the megacrop in the first place was the simplicity. Not so simple now it looks like.

I find all these different formulas kind of annoying tbh. I want veg and i want flower. Does a guy really need a clone, veg, beginning flower, mid flower and end flower formulas? I do perpetual grows and want to make big batches of water/nutes for my plants at all stages of flower. Don't...

So I heard back from Jacks today and they just kind of made me more confused then anything. So what they recommend is to use their 12-4-16 for veg, switch to 10-30-20 for first 2 weeks of flower only, then switch back to 12-4-16 until last 1-2 weeks before flushing where you would use...

Myself I generally try to keep things in the 800-1000ppm area. As my water levels go down I aim to keep my ppm's from rising without having to add extra water. To me it just doesn't make sense to have more nutrients in the water than the plants are actually using.
