I'm starting from seeds and I got a tap root to grow places them in rockwool inside my tray but I cant get my humidity past 50% I have a humidifier and everything it's all inside a tent. What to do now. I got one to pop out that's it.

This is my first dwc grow I need to know how far to fill my reservoir I'm using clay pebbles and rockwool do fully submerge the rockwool in water and notes or does the fill level just need to be a quarter of the way up to the rockwool? Thanks for feedback
