4 blue dream plants in 5gal soil medium. Thinking of switching to flower here soon. Any tips / recommendations before I make the switch?

This is my first grow. I’ve been lst my plants for a few weeks to try and spread my canopy more evenly. They’re under a cheap 600w led (260 true watts) light. Next grow I’m looking at going with a 600w mh/hps settup. Any recommendations / tips before I start flower would be appreciated.

Ive got 4 blue dream seedlings that I grew from seed. 3 out of the 4 are starting to look a little sick, any ideas? Leaves are looking a little droopy and the first fan leaves are turning yellow / pink.
