I’m current using all general hydroponics nuts for flowering stage has currently been in flowering stage for 3 weeks buds not seeming to grow bigger! Any suggestion?

Indoor grow, plant had holes in it! Ocean blend fox farm soil, right now it gets terminator, maxi gro, and cal mag from general hydroponics! And get two regular watering in between nutes! Light is a 600w! Plant looks good from far just topped couple days ago and already got new growth!
