Maybe this is a silly question. Maybe I’m just over thinking things. But does this mean that the plant will be completely done growing in this time or does this mean it will take this long to be done ONCE it has started flowering?

So does my water have to be PH’d using FFOF or does the soil take care of that? I’ve looked it up but the answers aren’t clear.
