This happened over 2-3 nights. I am not sure the cause of it, but I feel like my humidity is too high. this is week 11 of flowering, they haven't grown much for the last 5-6 weeks. I can't get the humidity below 65% with my fans and dehumidifiers. Can anyone diagnose the problem?

I'm guessing it's leaf septoria, but I am not sure if it's from deficiency or anything. It's spreading pretty fast, I had White powdery mildew on these before, but recently it's gone away, while the yellow leaves have arrived. Please help me cannabis family! Thank you guys!
