Hi Guys, Im at Week 14 of flowering on a long sativa strain, and I’ve notice this weird yellow flower looking thing at one of the bud sites. I’ve thoroughly checked the whole plant and can only see this here. Can someone please tell me what it is?

Week 10 of flowering, I can finally see Amber trichromes. Advice if I should be harvesting them

I feel that these are ready. Their halfway through week 9 and started flushing today. I’ve also changed lights to 8/16 as per advised on sensi pro website. (The nutes I’m using for this grow) Let me know what you guys think. Thank you.
