Are they clear or cloudy, any guess for how long until harvest?

I'm having a hard time seeing my trichomes thinking I'll be ready in another week or so.

So I started flowering on may 28th. I'm planning on harvesting sometime between now and the 29th. Should I defoliate, or shorten the hours of light. Stop feeding or what? This is my first grow.

Growing in ffof soil. Using general hydroponics flora trio. Letting soil get dry before watering. So water every 4 or 5 days. It seems to only be on top leaves. I watered last time with only water no nutes.
