can millworms do anything for your plant?

i have a couple bagseed plants goin. its my first year growing. i started them in my basement under a couple cfls, and i recently had to move them outdoors. My leaves are cupping and my babies are having trouble standing up. Whats goin on?:?::?: all advice and input welcome
