I've been researching some of the different laws in cali and noticed some county laws are different from others so i was wondering where is the best place to grow?by best i mean where you can have to max amount of plants and still be legal.

right now i dont have any over 2ft tall at the moment and most of them probably only have 3 weeks or so left so i know i wont be able to make a differnce on this round but for future notice, i was wondering what has to be done to get them between say 4-5 ft. my set up is a 600HPS, soil garden...
