Ok. So I have a 4 week old, 8 inch and bushy plant and I want to know if I can start flowering. I have it under some 120 watt led lights for 18 hours on and 6 off. Basically I realize i should leave it to vegetate a bit longer but I'm desperate for a smoke. I don't care too much about the yield...
