My plant has two tops

My plant is 4 weeks old and 5 inches high should I start flowering

Some of my plants are turning this color they are 3 weeks old i did not use any nutes yet

Is my growth setup ok I I'm using 1 4ft t5 light and 5 floros I think it might be close to 10000 lumens the space is about 8sq ft and I am using foil as a reflector

This is my first time growing I am using miracle grow soil and 1 t5 grow light any help would be nice and they are 2 weeks old I am not using nutrients yet help......
