I currently have them under 24 hour lights because my main plant started to flower and I was told I needed to get it back in vegg mode. Here is a current picture of it. Should I change the lighting times?

One side is growing way bushier then the other. Not sure why, as I am new to this and these are my first plants. I will be moving them into a bigger room once it starts turning nice outside.

Our plant started budding. So we were told to put it under 24 hour light. Is it possible to get a plant back into veg stage? If so, what do I need to do? Also, is it to small for clones?
