I start out in pure coco every time if I’m going from seed, I don’t have 100% germ rate but it’s definitely around 80% success for me. I don’t know anybody that would water daily if their seed hasn’t sprouted it’s no wonder the coco seed drowns, if it does sprout it probably dampens off shortly...

The new led bulbs are dangerous compared to older versions. Once you remove that globe the risk of getting zapped increases. I'd just take my word on it bud honestly. I mained spacebuckets for a long time.

I’d be more worried about those other led bulbs with the domes removed.
