lm/w is different with blue/purple LEDs than with white LEDs. I'm not worried about lm/w output, but take a look at the spectrum... Even V300 ones has about 0.1-0.15 more useful red spectrum than V450 does... That basically means that they are way worse in flowering. I do not use CO2 so high IR...

Also, I'm in week 5 of flowering. But the problem started to occur in about week 2 or 3 of flowering and it only got worse. I give them a full dose of Biobizz Bloom nutes so it is definitely not a deficiency. pH is also at the right range.
