    Seedling sprouted but hasn't opened up

    It should be fine. After another a day or two, the leaves will open up and another tiny leaf will appear between the 1st set of leave. I use a hand spray bottle to give water mist to these baby plants so that I wouldn't loose them in the soil with flooded water. I hope it helps !
