About 2 weeks ago 3 of my plants started looking like this i have cut back the nitrogen gave cal mag always ph do have a hot ass light and have raised it using fox farm nutes good ventilation but i cant figure this out does anyone have any advice.

I have buds but they are not getting any bigger first time grow but i started counting at 12/12 flip by my count i am in 6 or 7 weeks will my buds fatten up already changed nute cycle or are these little buds all im gonna get or am i just being impatient.
