Most all aero bucket set ups I’ve seen are DTW. I know the DTW has a 1/4” tap in the lower side of the outside bucket with the inside bucket with lots of hole in the bottom and a mesh to keep the roots out of any possible standing water. Also a 12v pump on timer to evacuate the runoff to waste...
