Ok i'll stick to medium sized plants just to lower some of the headaches.

Will it hurt yield if I switch to flower as soon as i get the stems to mostly fill up tent width? If I can keep them low enough with training. I am hoping to utilize ScrOG, manifold, and lst. Though I may try some shorter strains first to get used to training.

I'm sadly stuck to the 5 feet so might look at hybrids since I prefer sativa. Would it be beneficial to drop to 2 plants with scrog to keep height lower? Or even with spreading out as much as possible and flowering earlier it will still max out height?

I'm sorry I put sog, I meant I planned on using scrog net to keep the height down. If I do well at spreading the stems out, roughly when should I flip to flower? Would it be when it 1/2 way up the tent? I'm not familer how far they shoot up after veg. Again I appreciate the help.
