What is vpd? Total newbie here. Again hard to heighten humidity with temps so high at the minute

Hey all..... In the 1st week of flowering and just woke up to find 1 of 2 plants drooping. Watered 2 days ago and still has weight to the pot. If it is over watered do I just leave it to dry out??

Is it different that I'm growing from seed?? Maybe grab a scrog net tomorrow and flip it... Just trying to learn everyday

Really that big....how much could I expect it to grow when I flip it. It's around a 1 foot now day 26/27 after germination

She only in a 80x80x180 tent so maybe need to do it soon. How do you flip the time in the right way
