Everything I've read states stsrt water cure right after harvest but mine has dried (maybe even overdried) for 7 days. It's a pure cbd plant id like to smoke without anyone noticing much smell
Would water cure work on dry bud? Would I need to slowly raise the humidity back up first?
I've been noticing bud development slowed down quite a bit on this plant and now I'm seeing these... Are these pollen sacks?
They are on numerous bud sites
So even after all the pistols on a particular bud to orange and shrivel the bud keeps growing? That's a relief.
I feel a may have shocked the plant by removing too many fan leaves... My grow was getting so congested and bushy I had to do some major defoliating by it seems the other two plants...
It's a pure cbd strain. It's on about week 4 since I switched to 12/12 cycle. Put of the 3 plants it seems the bud development is really lacking, not much more happening than popcorn buds and on one end the pistols are already turning orange... Is there any hope for this plant? Maybe the shock...
Yea airflow is good, i had to defoliate a crazy amount just to get the light to penetrate more. It's a good thing I didnt veg any longer or Id be even more screwed
Good as the cure progresses I can notice the smells between strains take on a more unique profile. 3 weeks in I just open the jar once ever few days now instead of every day
Hello again... Planted seed about 6 weeks about, maybe in veg for 4. Weeks. Using 3gal pots. All plants topped once and then LST'd the two new canopies. The plant at the back lost one of the main branches during LST because I snapped it in half accidentally.
Anywhere here is the pic... Should I...
This will be a post Ill make after my second grow. I'm experimenting with training techniques like LST and supercropping to try and achieve an even canopy. What works best for you? At what height do you start training it?
Just finished my first grow, 1 plant started the cure stage, the other just air drying. I've actually learned a lot which I will apply to my second grow looking to get better results.
#1) Lighting (Ill start with the most obvious): Make sure you get enough and don't be fooled by numbers...
For my next grow, I am using 3 gal fabric pots, 1:1:1 nutes all the way through, 108w LED canopy + 63w 5000k CFL during veg then switching CFL to 90w 2700k during flower. Grow space is about 3ft x 1.5ft
I attribute a good portion of bud loss due to aggressive pruning during veg stage, removing entire branches. I have an LED B/R canopy giving out 108 actual watts, and then supplemented it with 63 actual watts from two 5000k spiral CFLs.
