Got a few questions from a newbie to Leds to the Pros Thanks for your time. I plan on buiding a grow box (2.5x4.5), so low heat, complete coverage, even with lights on low power and close, and restricted height. I will be growing SCROG. I planed on using 6 boards making a 18x36 grid, actually it...

Family with children are moving in. They will be taking my space. Because of the children it will have to be a cabinet grow from there.

Chilled Logic Pucks V3 or Cobs

Have you tried the new Cobs or the Chilled Pucks. Lot of people here have tried both. If I had the room I would use what I already own. Things have changed for my grow space and I`m just trying to make the best out of what I have room for. The only melt downs I have seen is the people against...

Chilled Logic Pucks V3 or Cobs

$395 to my door for the kit I was looking at. I agree, for a large grow it would definately be better to use multiple HPS set ups. Tried and true. I was running a dual bulb reflector with a 400 watt veg bulb and a 600 watt flower bulb. Incredible no doubt. High Heat, High Power, Excellent...

Chilled Logic Pucks V3 or Cobs

I agree with you 100% on the heat issue and the spectrum. I also feel led has come a long way. For HPS to cover my 2x4 area it would need to be about 30" high and seeds and cuttings need more room.

Chilled Logic Pucks V3 or Cobs

4 pcs Chilled Logic V3 Pucks are $220 delivered. 4 heat sinks are $50. Frame is $25. The drivers are $50 each, thats $100. I would use 2 drivers so I could power 2 pucks for seedlings, cuttings, and part of veg. Low power not much heat. Then I could run all 4 pucks to finish veg and flower. The...

Chilled Logic Pucks V3 or Cobs

I have to down size consideralbly. What would be the coolest running and most efficient system for my purposes. I plan on building a 2.3'x4.5'x6' grow box. Using the scrog method. I have been reading a lot and see many options, but I have no experiance with these new lights. I have been vegging...
