Well it looks to me like they dropped the intensity of the lights as well as the interval. They go from 47 down to 25 DLI which is daily light interval a measure of ppfd and time. It would be 31.3 if only accounting for the duration of lighting. So they drop the lights 6.1DLI when going 12/12...

I apply large scale agricultural fertilizers for a living. Most soils will come with micronutrients at decent levels. You can supplement with something like Axilo (commercial product)
Take a soil test and supplement where necessary.
