Yeah not aphids , I haven't seen any eggs. I think it's thes little flys that come in the peat or organic nutrients. I am going away for 6 days so we will see when I get back.

Really up to you. You can flip to flower anytime after vegging for 2 to 3 weeks. The longer you veg, the bigger the plant. 3 to 6 weeks is common, but it depends on your grow space, training methods etc. how long you feel like waiting. Good luck!
