B/c there is so much equipment in a RDWC that in comparison, 1 seed and dirt filled pot would be a lot simpler. And when you’re first starting out, less is more... that’s why.

Looks like your over watering and too many Nutes. Back of the watering and Nutes. Add microbes like great white. They’ll bounce back in a week.

I’ve learned how light my pot is when it’s time to water. Ever pick up an almost empty bottle of milk? You know when it’s almost empty just by feel.

I’d like to add by saying he’s teaching noob growers, that red lining a grow (max Nutes, watering every day, putting the lights 12” from the canopy, etc) when you first start, doesn’t give much room for mistakes. I’ve learned to back off on all of it, increases the chance of a better grow. And...

Yes on both, but I would like to elaborate just a little more Light- Once your experienced enough to translate how the plants are reacting to what they want, you can start lowering lights. As a noob, you need to finish a run, without burning them up to see what they are suppose to look like...

Right amount- I agree. I’m still trying to find the lowest amount of ppm ( right amount) should hone in on it by this next run. Light video- Videos are all pretty much the same. Noobs like me will kill plants b/c we put lights way to close. Back the lights off, error on the side of caution...

Im a fan, makes you water them and this prevent giving them too many Nutes. Just can’t over water.

Hi, they look over watered and too many Nutes. Easy fixes, just back off both. Wait until the pots need watering, they’ll be fine.

Maybe use a skill saw next time. Run parallel cuts. Might be easier and get same of better drainage.
