Just did my first try at a batch of living super soil, has anyone ever got this kind of reaction from it? Hot spots maybe? Deficiency?

Also, in the amendment list, I did not use any bone meal, epsom salt or lime. Lights started out being 1000w Sunraise Lead but switched to now having two hlg 260w quantum board v2 rspec and they each have 150 watts from the wall, it's a 3'x3'x6' tent, watering with plain filtered water only.
