    Yeah im in cali and ive noticed as has my neighbor the same trend socal has noticed. Nm the conditions outside, plants would never get 18 hours of sunlight away from the poles, so vegging at 16 to 24 hours of daylight will at least get you SOME healthy flowers when u put then outside.
