I bring up lights that are 100 watts, supposed to be for a 2' by 2' grow, like one plant basically. Yall laugh because its only 100 watts. So I am curious, what is the max watts you think you could safely have LEDs for a 2' by 2' single plant grow without harming your plant from too much...

Yes I got that hotrodharley. So many claim 1000 or more watts but are only 100 give or take. Stupid misleading stuff. But 100 watts is the same as the SF1000, MF1000 and PF 1000. In good company!!!!
