Thanks for the input. I looked up mealy bugs and I can't see any of the actual bugs on the plant, just the cotton like substance. Is this stuff like larvae? Since I can't see the actual bugs, would it be safe to harvest since it is on leaves that will be cut off or is the plant toast? Thanks.
