Every where it says spray but I am sure I read of a fellow that used a paint brush in the node/flower site and it worked. Any opinions?

Cool, I am growing autoflowers in WA state west of Seattle and I had read somewhere that a fellow used a brush to wet the node sites where flowers start. Also I appreciate you comments. Do you do any FaceBook? Thanks newbie.
