You really just need to put seedlings under a low power led and in a solo cup. Fox farm soil or miracle grow.. No nutes, 18 hours light, keep them between 68—80, water them once every 3-4 days.... don’t bother them too much.

I’m not sure they would've gone hermie after 15 mins of dark during the light cycle. I’ve put my girls under way more stress than that and they’ve been fine. A few hours with a big temp change, that could do it but 10-15 mins is meh. Probably bad seeds.

Always, but I like to let them recover for at least 2 weeks before flipping to flower. I also do it after 3 weeks of flowering.
