Yep, I gound an ID last night these flies are not eating leaves they are long legged flies that are actually good for pollination although they can be bad for seedlings as their maggotts will eat roots etc. I think I have night feeders and first suspect is caterpillars.

I would just leave them in the soil. Did you see a white root coming out of the seed when you planted it or they only just cracked? Even if they had only just cracked leave them in moist soil and they will come up, will just take a day or two longer. Also seeds have been germinating in soil on...

it will be enough for that space. I’m using a sf 4000 for a 4x4. I think two 1000’s would not be enough for that but a 1000 per plant is plenty.

Sounds like where my head was at its a max 6% thc strain so I don’t want to let it go too long and have the thc or cbd level drop too much.

I guess it proves you can do it, but I think we already knew that. I don't think this suggests its optimal as it would clearly be better to have done it earlier in veg so the plant could produce more growth shoots.
