So far I’ve watered it with water and I watered in some microbes to hopefully start the organic side of things back up ! I know now that “synganic” isn’t doable unless you really know what your doing

Can anyone help me ? I had organic dry amendments in the soil and I thought they depleted and started to use chemical instead of top dress and they did this . I’ve flushed twice and they are growing but super fucked up and no matter if the pot is bone dry or it has water the leaves barely...
