1/25/09 Ok went thru all my notes and made a few changes that I could do with what I have on hand. Built a new grow box 2ft deep x 4ft wide x 4ft tall W/ divder total sqft 32 16 per side. only useing 1 side now. Lights: Aero Garden Hood & 2 light & 3 32w cfls.

Ok so hubby got me some 2x2s & I have a few 4x4s. For the walls don't lought I'm useing ceiling tiles. It will be 4ft x 2ft x 4ft with divieding wall so one side vegging other floweing.. will post pics of it when done tonite.... :joint: Puff Puff Pass

At this time I'm useing cfls thought about HIDs, My ? is if you use hids do you need a ballast for them????

I would go with the HIDs but then I need to buy bulbs & ballasts don't I? so its cheeper for me to use cfls.

Got a new grow box 4ft x 2ft x4ft one half for vegging other flowering.this is what I came up with for lights vegging side 10- 75watt cfls 6500K flowering side 6- 100watts cfl 2700k 4- 60watt cfl 2700K

New space is 4ft long x 4ft tall x 2ft deep. Great now have to rethink lighting. Any good ideas??

Ok been checking out cfls & some others, Now I found a few that are Full spectrum lighting.Can you use this type of light? And can it be used thru out the grow??

I use Black gold from wal mart and add some cow shit too it.been doing for me use it on all house plants too.
