Care to elaborate? Are you saying it's incorrect to use pH-Up or pH-Down, or vitamin C to neutralize the chloramine? Or it just a matter of getting the same result with other treatments? Pros and cons? Reasons? Thanks -- I appreciate your feedback -- I'm here to learn. ~j
