I agree with Dryxi different phenotypes. Sometimes strains are name based on the similarities of effects not even on the genetics. The other thing is the genetics in strains are not regulated. Meaning there is no telling if the that strain has the same genes as the true strain.
I think it is up to you personally, but of course, use it responsibly and be careful while working out. There are pro athletes who have used it before working out. Examples Michael Phelps, Nate Diaz, and more.
