Tap water is abit high fot PH should look towards getting ph down aiming for 6-6.2, ppms of water arent really an issue people like demineralised water, but that shit got no taste. So filtered water may be a better option. soil i heard some use coco without perlite and that does wonders for results.

Get a good light, close your tent to prevent flies and whatever getting in. have it clean inside, use fresh coco or if you want try one without perlite ive seen that ideology being used by mass growers.

Its very important to feed gently and often at the beginning of its life. I feed every 2 days when new seedlings havr been germinated in the soil.
