Did you spray them down with water? I would. At least twice, else you run the risk of a spider mite infestation.

My guess is that they are white fly. Maybe a white type of thrip. Insecticides keep for a long time. They may not be as strong after several years, but you can reapply if needed. I use Neem oil.

Add Lion's Mane mushroom to your diet or take a supplement. I buy it from Nuts.com in a powder. Do a search with the name Paul Stamets and mushrooms.
