    Seedling leaves pointing up

It's hard to say. Give it some time. It could grow perfectly fine or it could be stunted from the shock because it's a tiny plant and very sensitive.

    Gg not looking well

Root pruning is not a new trick, hahaha! Putting that plant closer is NOT going to save that plant. I guarantee you. That advice will not age well.

    Seedling leaves pointing up

It may be too late. What does the stem look like? It's just as important as the leaves.

That plant ain't stretchy. Plant will stretch and have faded leaves eventually if underlit. Could be a nute issue. Poor lil girl. She aint underwatered either. She needs a good flush. Could be many things. Keep a good grow journal and record EVERYTHING you do. This will help when you have issues. Then you can backtrack to find the issue. Sick Pineapple Express

I had basically the same issue. Definitely caused by some kind of environmental stress (soil, water, heat, light, etc). I can recommend what I did, because it worked for me. You need to remove the seedling as if transplanting it, then prune about a third of the roots off and repot. Water very...

Any idea what this discoloration is?

Is this happening on the lower leaves first? If so could be leaf septoria. Comes in many forms. Could be a fungus. Usually lessens harvest weight by a lot too. I would look at that but not 100% sure

    Help

You could have broad or russet mites. They are basically invisible and look like many issues you have. If your plant problems are spotty, as in the issues arent all over your plant, it could be that. I would do some research into that as a possibility. Good luck

    need advice

Some genetics also do this during flower and there is nothing anyone can do about it. It's very common. IMHO don't stress.
