Wow.. in Arizona the bill passed in Nov 2020 and within weeks was signed, so folks could prossess and grow pretty quickly... the dispensary licenses were sorted out and recreational store sales began in Jan 2021. Guess it depends on how the bill is written and how much red tape is involved.

I use a cheap small wet vac that mounts on a standard 5 gal bucket. Easy to suck up the waster water and dump it on outside plants etc. Got mine at the local big box hardware/lumber store (it's called a bucket head)

I have the same tent. I use trays and stands (I usually grow in coco in soft pots). They come in various sizes and work perfect. My local hydroponics store had a good selection and prices. Easy to change your configuration depending on how many plants and what size. Easy to clean and store. .

I don't think you could go wrong with one of HLG's smaller Rspec LED's. Either a turnkey or QB kit would do very well in a 3x3.

Not sure what the lights. filters and fans etc you listed have to do with germinating seeds. They should be kept moist, warm and in a dark place. Personally I soak in a shot glass for 12-18 hours (plain r/o water) then put in a damp paper towel in a open zip lock. All the time a dark drawer in...

Seeds take about 4 weeks from pollination min. 5-6 weeks is closer to normal. When the outer pod skin turns brown the seeds are ready to harvest.

Your room is pretty dry so turn up your inline fan in the tent to increase airflow from outside the tent, reduce watering, increase temp if it's within acceptable levels. If you don't have an additional fan for air flow/movement inside the tent get one and if you already have a circulation fan...

Not sure. On a 4x4 it's one zipper, but it can be unzipped to open 3 full sides. Just get one that is 80in in height if you have the space. Always god to have the extra height. The smaller tents are shorter.

I used them once, but a payment transfer instead on sending money in. Had a tracking number in a 4 days or so seeds in a week. Every seed popped, even the free ones. Was very pleased.

Well my only question would be if he don't know, how is anyone else supposed to know. Only answer is to send out samples to all us other farmers to check it out or to simply try it and evaluate it to see if its usable. I mean unless someone came into his drying area and dusted it with rat poison...
