Yeah he said he only found them on 1 plant and only a couple leaves . I personally have never found them that way but if he did and maybe caught them extremely early then a good 1 2 3 wash would work . If not ? Live and learn is how the story goes. We have all been there I would assume .

You must be bringing them into your grow . Either on your clothes or from outside clones. Neither are a good idea. If u come from outside into your grow , keep a change of clothes that never leave the room and change into them befor entering. Always remove your shoes. Little steps go a long way...
