    Deficient/Excess Nutrients...Unsure

I haven't watered since the first post...and the soil is just now starting to dry on top :p this is true if I don't count the neem oil foliar spray, which was about 1 litre of water. I'll try the habanero spray, thanks for the tip.

    Deficient/Excess Nutrients...Unsure

Dang it! Looks like I have broad mites...noticed a few visible bugs on the leaves, very small, under the loupe they are translucent with a pinkish hue. Broad mites is my thought as the growth is strange, and the pictures I've seen of plants under attack from broad mites looks similar. Ah...

    Deficient/Excess Nutrients...Unsure

The overwatering makes sense since the humidifier spilled into the tray. I haven't watered in quite a while and the soil is still damp. Thanks for the input, i've been enjoying following along with you thread :)

    Deficient/Excess Nutrients...Unsure

For sure, it's doing way better and the growth is certainly accelerating. The soil is a coot's mix, built by myself with sphagnum peat moss, vermicompost and Vermiculite as the base. Starting in a smaller pot really makes a difference, huh? I figured i'd skip a step and put the germinated seed...

    Deficient/Excess Nutrients...Unsure

Hi all, I have about 25gal of soil in a large fabric pot that I am growing in and have recently started a new plant. The plant has been showing signs of stress since it popped up. I have the pot sitting on a square frame/tray on wheels so I can move it out of the tent for cleaning. I had a...

One Pink Lemonade - no-till cycle 7 in 4 foot diameter pot, 5x5 tent

I have been trying to find a way to say this. I also do not like saying built, it implies I am doing something special; anyone can mix a soil :D I've got hairy vetch and annual ryegrass as my cover for this first grow. I saw somewhere in this thread that you bought mung beans and lentils...I...

    Are these bugs ok?

My first thought was pot worms. I have some show up in my vermicompost. Like you said they like more acidic and damp environments. As far as I know they are harmless to the plant, but I have read that you can put a slice of bread soaked in milk down and it will attract them, then just throw the...

Newbie Grower - Flower week 5 - plant problems?

I haven't done anything yet. Like I said, I wanted to check with more experienced growers to see if I had something to worry about. It is comforting to hear that you think it is ok. My last grow I wasn't checking the pH of the water each time, turns out my RO system churns out acidic water, so I...

One Pink Lemonade - no-till cycle 7 in 4 foot diameter pot, 5x5 tent

This was a great thread to stumble upon. Exactly the type of system I am trying to set up; I am on my first grow with a soil I built. Looking forward to seeing results. Although I am concerned there are issues with the plants, I am now at the end of week 5 flowering and seeing some leaves losing...

Newbie Grower - Flower week 5 - plant problems?

Hey, So I am on my second ever grow and I want to check with some more experienced growers to see if I have cause for concern, or I can leave my plants be. I am growing with an organic no-till soil methodology, in about 25 gallons of soil with a cover crop of hairy vetch and annual ryegrass...
