10 litre pot but I didn’t fill it right to the top amateur mistake and giving it 1 litre every 2-3 days

Currently growing my first Glueberry OJ and need some help identifying the problems I’ve encountered. The bigger leaves and some of the smaller leaves on the inside of the plant have started going yellow and dying. Is this a nutrient deficiency or nutrient burn ?

Hi there I’m thinking of purchasing a 50cm x 50 cm x 140 cm grow tent and adding a Mars hydro 600ts light I’m just unsure about what size intake fan, extraction fan and carbon filter would be sufficient for the space I have any help is appreciated thank you
