    Thanks for the welcome, I will look in to your links, and I totally spaced on the heat of the bulbs lol So ya I fixed my post and just a normal fan, does any one know why you need a ballasts ? or what kind of bulb can i use with out a ballast ? and ya 4' x 4' x 4' Thanks
